While working as a Realtor for over 20 years, the experiences have been priceless from learning from a new agent’s perspective and working through the ups and downs of the years. I have experienced the fast-paced market to the short sale market. Now we are into another change. Real Estate has morphed over the last twenty years I have spent in this business. Working with the many Sellers and Buyers, I have been privileged to be part of their lives. Learning in this industry takes many forms; what interests me most is the personal growth I have bought to myself and the people I consider friends, sellers, buyers, and family. It takes ongoing education, commitment, and dedication to stay on top of the Real Estate world.
Out of all the regular yearly training that this profession requires that you do, I have found a couple of niches that I enjoy, to name a few. The art of real estate negotiations ranks number 1. Making the best deal for my seller or buyer is paramount to the best home that they can afford and live in. Sitting on committees ranks number 2. MLS committee and professional standards committee over the last four years. And not just number 3 is my Mediator class and certificate.
What does this mean in terms of success? Over the 20-plus years in business, I’ve sold countless properties. This year I have been one of the top producers in my office, selling over $4,471,000 to date. When you measure success in dollars, that stands out. What does that mean caring for people I’ve helped throughout the last twenty years? To me, it means that I love what I do.
My passion is in the art of the deal. Learning I take personally throughout my business and personal life. I also love living on the Treasure Coast, its history, beauty, wildlife, scuba diving, fishing, enjoyment of the beach, treasure hunting, and the exciting fun it offers.
Personal interests include family time, Spending time with the many great things, including time at Disney, going to the beach, shopping, and dining. Let’s not exclude the many theme parks in Orlando. The dining experiences, then add in the Hotels and the nightlife. Orlando is a great getaway. West Palm is another exciting and fun stopover, the downtown area known as City Place hosts the shopping experience and great dining.
